Terms — ICONIQ Systems

Website and application terms

Last updated 25 October 2026

These terms cover this website and the application form on it. They are not the agreement for the service. If you are accepted as a founding client, everything commercial is set out in a separate written agreement, agreed and signed before any payment is taken or any campaign runs. Nothing on this site changes that agreement.

What the application is

Filling in the form is an application, not a purchase. It is free, it creates no contract, and it commits you to nothing. It starts a qualification process: we assess whether the founding offer is a fit for your coaching business, and you decide whether we are a fit for you. Your answer to the investment question decides whether you can book a call straight away. Either side can say no at any point, for any reason, without explaining themselves. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, and there are only three founding places.

Booking your call, and the AI call

If you qualify, a calendar appears straight after you submit, and you can book your call there. The AI-call box on the form is optional. If you tick it and have not picked a time about five minutes later, our system calls the number you gave. The call is placed automatically and answered by an AI assistant whose only job is to help you book. It may be recorded and transcribed, and you are told so at the start. You can ask for a person, hang up, or ask us to stop, at any point, and it will not be held against your application.

If you leave it unticked, no automated call is placed. Your application is still submitted, and you can book in the calendar or through the link we email you.

We aim to place the call about five minutes after you submit, but we do not guarantee it. Phone networks, your signal and third-party services are outside our control. If you miss the call, you can still book through the calendar link we email you.

What we ask of you

  • Give us a number you actually answer, and one you are entitled to give us.
  • Answer honestly. The assessment is only worth anything if the answers are real, and dishonest answers waste your time more than ours.
  • Do not submit anyone else's details.

The founding offer, in outline

The founding offer is open to three online fitness coaches. For a £3,000 service fee, paid upfront, we build, launch and manage your client acquisition system over 90 days. You separately fund your own Meta advertising spend, a minimum of £600 a month, paid directly to Meta; it is not part of the fee and is not refundable.

Our commitment: 15 qualified, attended sales appointments within the agreed 90-day period, or your £3,000 service fee is refunded. A qualified appointment is one where the prospect meets the audience criteria agreed with you in writing, has been told your coaching programme's price, has shown genuine interest, and actually attends the call. A booking alone does not count, and the prospect does not need to buy for it to count.

What we are not promising

The commitment covers attended appointments. It is not a guarantee of acceptance, of any number of clients, of any revenue, or of any return on your advertising spend. Closing the sale is your part. The full terms of the guarantee, including what counts as qualified and attended, how attendance is verified, your responsibilities during the 90 days, and how and when a refund is paid, are set out in the signed agreement, and only there.

If you are accepted

The fee, the qualification criteria, what counts as a qualified and attended appointment, the 90-day period, the refund terms, your responsibilities, payment, ownership of accounts and data, and how either side can end the engagement are all set out in the written agreement. You will receive it before anything runs, and nothing starts until it is signed.
